Welcome to the Software Engineering Affinity Lab website!
| The Software Engineering Affinity Lab (SEAL) conducts theoretical and applied research on a range of topics in software engineering. By involving undergraduate and graduate students in research, SEAL provides an innovative educational model that targets minority groups and plays an important role in the student's academic success. In addition, SEAL leverages the academic curricula of UTEP's Computer Science Bachelor of Science program by providing Requirements Definitions to practical problems to be undertaken by students on a two-semester Software Engineering class. | | | Strategic partners such as San Diego Super Computing (SDSC) through the Geosciences Network (GEON) initiative, as well as the Pan American Center for Earth and Environmental Studies (PACES) allows us to to contribute to emerging problems in computer science and to have access to state-of-the-art facilities that enhance team collaboration. |
