Membership:
The Academy is an independent academic unit at UTEP under the supervision of the Provost. The Academy consists of active, corresponding and visiting members
Active Members/ Associates: represent the leadership of the Academy; it includes a core group of experienced faculty with established records in mathematics, science and engineering learning research, scholarship, and publication.
Corresponding Members/ Associates: tenure and tenure-track mathematics, science and engineering learning faculty doing research supported by and consistent with the mission of the Academy.
Visiting Members/ Associates: faculty, teachers, and students (graduate and undergraduate) who are interested in mathematics, science and engineering learning research and who participate in an on-going research seminar and other Academy-sponsored activities (e.g., workshops, conferences).
