The third pilot project, Measurement and Modeling of Air Pollutant Exposures Across El Paso County, will measure levels of nitrogen dioxide, ozone, and volatile organic compounds at outdoor sites throughout the city. Exposure estimates for children will be developed and compared to asthma epidemiological data assembled in the Core Research Project.  Prof Gonzales is the project leaders and will work with Orrin Myers, UNM, and Prof Li.
