Star is an IBM eServer p590 machine at the University of Texas at El Paso UTEP. It was acquired with the aid of an IBM Shared University Research Grant in 2005. Star will aid UTEP's faculty and its students in performing scientific research in the areas of biology, chemistry and physics among other fields.

Tivoli Workload Scheduler LoadLeveler Installed and Configured - Monday, September 17, 2007 - Monday, September 17, 2007
A scheduler has finaly been installed and configured so we can have better resources utilization on the system.  Please check the documentation section for the manuals on how to schedule jobs using LoadLeveler.
